I think that for me quality is what is best for my body that it can use well. I of couse like things to taste good but I've noticed that with changing things to better for me that the things that I thought I liked in quality were full of sugar and mostly processed materials. I still like splitting a kit Kat with my family every once in a while but for the most part I enoy finding things in their more raw and unprocessed state.
